Your Appointment

On average, our office is able to schedule appointments within 7 to 10 days. We make every effort to schedule appointments as soon as possible including New Patients and Referrals.

In our office we strive to stay on time. We ask that you respect the appointment time that we have scheduled you for.  We try to be flexible in our schedule to accommodate our patients’ needs. For a new patient visit please arrive 15 minutes early in order to complete paper work. Please try to give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule so that we may assist other patients during this slot.

Emergencies do occur and there may be occasions when your appointment time will be delayed. We will always inform you in the event of a delay, and will be happy to reschedule your appointment if you prefer.

Communication with your provider is extremely important. It may be helpful to write down questions for your provider prior to your visit. Please bring a list of current medications, or the bottles with you if this is easier, to every appointment.

Make sure you understand instructions given during your visit. If clarification is needed, review the instructions with the nurse before you leave. If you are not feeling well after the visit, please call.
